“Poor” and “As-Is” Items Exclusion: Items sold in “Poor” and “As-Is” condition are not eligible for the 14-day return option or the 48-Hour Verification Period. These items are sold at a significant discount, reflecting their condition, and buyers should be aware that these purchases are final.

Drones Policy: Given their specialized application, drones are excluded from the 14-day return policy.

How to Proceed: If you wish to initiate a return within the 48-hour verification window or under the 14-day return policy, please contact the seller directly via Refocus messaging to arrange the return and refund process. Restocking Fees: For high-value items over $1500, a 15% restocking fee applies, reflecting the unique nature of these transactions. Limitation of Liability: Refocus is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged while being returned to the seller. For a seamless return, all packages must be sent prepaid, with COD shipments not accepted by sellers.
