If there are any discrepancies, you can initiate a return process, with shipping costs covered by the seller. This period is your assurance that items are as described and meet your expectations.
- 14-Day No Questions Asked Returns: This policy, applicable across our platform, is designed to offer you peace of mind with every transaction. Should you decide an item isn't right for you within this period, you are responsible for the shipping costs and seller fees, though we aim to ease this burden by providing discounted shipping labels.

Shipping Costs and Seller Fees: For returns initiated under the 14-day "no questions asked" policy, buyers are responsible for covering shipping costs both ways and any applicable seller fees. This addition ensures fairness and respects the premium offerings from Refocus sellers, acknowledging the effort and resources sellers invest in each transaction.
Packaging: All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
“Poor” and “As-Is” Items Exclusion: Items sold in “Poor” and “As-Is” condition are not eligible for the 14-day return option or the 48-Hour Verification Period. These items are sold at a significant discount, reflecting their condition, and buyers should be aware that these purchases are final.
Drones Policy: Given their specialized application, drones are excluded from the 14-day return policy.
How to Proceed: If you wish to initiate a return within the 48-hour verification window or under the 14-day return policy, please contact the seller directly via Refocus messaging to arrange the return and refund process. Keeping communications on the platform protects all parties. Should any issues arise, or the seller does not respond, please email us at support@refocusmarket.com.
Restocking Fees: For high-value items over $1500, a 15% restocking fee applies, reflecting the unique nature of these transactions. Additionally, at our discretion, a 10% to 20% restocking fee may be applied for returns unrelated to manufacturer or product defects, particularly in cases of frequent returns or actions that challenge our marketplace's integrity.
Limitation of Liability: Refocus is not liable for items lost, stolen, or damaged while being returned to the seller. For a seamless return, all packages must be sent prepaid, with COD shipments not accepted by sellers. We strongly advise using Refocus's discounted shipping labels for added convenience, tracking, and insurance coverage. We also suggest insuring your package and keeping a record of serial numbers for added security.
Extended Holiday Gift Returns
Understanding the gift-giving spirit of the holidays, we recognize that our standard 14-day return policy might not suffice. To accommodate this, we're delighted to offer an extended return period during the festive season! For any gifts bought from Thanksgiving through Christmas Eve, simply note that your item is a gift in the designated message area at checkout. This will enable an extended return window, allowing for returns up until January 10th. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all original packaging and the receipt. All standard return policy conditions still apply.
